1. Love Bombing followed by devaluation. Intense praise followed by verbal abuse. 2. Gaslighting: Making you question reality or feel like you're losing your grasp of reality. 3. Intentionally sabotaging friendships or other relationships to cause you to be isolated. 4. Making you out to be crazy or the bad guy for having feelings and emotions. 5. Constant lying to avoid ownership for any misconduct. 6. Never being at fault for any problem in the relationship. Always twisting it and blaming you. 7. Having a lack of interest of who you are as a person. More consumed with their life and accomplishments and rarely acknowledging yours. 8. A huge sense of entitlement. 9. Wanting to be overly admired, in the lime light, and praised/worshipped for their material things, social status, outward appearance, or accomplishments. 10. Does not respect boundaries and tries to make you feel guilty or bad for having any.
